Does a real person check my application?
Yes.Every application is reviewed before it goes to the Department. For partner visas, an immigration lawyer reviews your full file before submission. For other visas, your application is checked for errors and inconsistencies. Nothing is submitted without that review being complete.
Is the legal advice coming from AI?
No.All the legal advice you see comes from licensed immigration lawyers. We use AI for admin tasks like reading your documents, but it never interprets migration law or gives you advice.
How is this different from other online visa services?

We refund our service fee in full.Exceptions include a refusal caused by:
• Information in your application wasn't accurate or complete• Your circumstances changed after we submitted• You missed a deadline or didn't provide information the Department requested
Applications with a declared criminal conviction aren't covered by this guarantee. Government fees can't be refunded (the Department keeps those). We process refunds within 14 days of the decision.What do I actually get for my money?
